This hybrid event allows you to join the English-language lecture from anywhere in the world. For those attending in person in Poznań, the experience will be enriched with practical workshops conducted by Marzena herself.

The end of the year is a symbolic time for organizing our space and reflecting on the achievements, costs, and gains of the past year. From Poland with Love is designed to showcase Poland as a destination worth visiting for many reasons. But at the year's end, the most important focus is on taking care of yourself. This workshop is open to everyone, especially for event organizers in need of a reset.
Strategies for managing stress and emotions, and the ability to regain balance, are the most essential skills of our time. The world has never been as complex or uncertain about the future as it is now. Taking care of yourself will be the key to navigating this period calmly, allowing you to embrace the end of the year with gratitude for what exists here and now.
